Please note that for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to nutritional supplements whose tamper-evident seal (or other primary protective seal) has been broken or otherwise opened after delivery. Nutritional supplements that remain in their original, unopened sealed packaging may still be returned within the 14-day period. Where the right of withdrawal applies, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
