Everybody has opinion on what you should be taking. But nobody actually agrees.

Done well, supplements work. The right form, the full dose, the right moment and your afternoon or your night actually changes. We believe that. And so do you, or you wouldn't be here.

The problem isn’t the supplements, it is the industry. It sells every ingredient as its own product, leaves you to assemble the stack, and when it fails, that's somehow on you.

We're small. We can't change how the industry works. But we can do the opposite.

We start with the problems that life in front of screens actually creates. The problem decides the needs, the needs determine the desired effects, and then comes the research. We argue over milligrams until the evidence wins, a habit our founder brought from Novo Nordisk. We stress-test the research, test on ourselves for months and throw out anything merely good, we want exceptional.

None of this is magic (maybe a little bit). It's hard work that you can delegate to us.
