We’re growing fast and are in great need of someone capable of helping us make sure every customer, fan, innocent bystander or a non-believer gets a proper dose of the magical MADMONQ experience.

As a community manager, your main job is to solidify our communities across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Discord etc.), alongside your team leader.

You should do so by understanding the nuances between the platforms, knowing how each platform works and what is expected in order to be effective and up-to-date (stay on top of your memes goddammit!). Always staying in line with our mission and core beliefs.

Responsibilities

  • Cherishing our customers, fans, haters and keeping them engaged
  • Knowing our product and our brand in and out
  • Educating, solving problems, entertaining and informing on benefits of the MADMONQ product and brand
  • Developing relationships with our customers and fans
  • Innovate

Requirements

  • Prague based
  • Excellent knowledge of Czech and English, and we mean excellent
  • Passion for gaming
  • Finisher’s mindset
  • Being able to handle a very transparent and honest environment
  • Collaborate but own your responsibilities
  • A positive, can-do attitude
