Responsibilities
- Know our product and our brand intimately
- Educate, solve problems, entertain, inform the communities on benefits of MADMONQ and speak about what we do as a brand
- Develop relationships with our customers, fans and engage in conversations with them
- Respond in a timely and precise manner
- You’re expected to bring new ideas to the table and execute them
- Keep customers well-informed and in the loop about their unresolved issues
- Make sure preventable issues are being resolved
Requirements
- Excellent (native) knowledge of French and fluent English
- Passion for gaming
- Finisher’s mindset
- Being able to handle a very transparent and honest environment
- Collaborate but own your responsibilities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Experience with customer care, writing is a plus
